Happy, Happy, Happy We became acquainted with Flood Pro as our HOA’s emergency response team, where they had to remove damaged materials, mitigate mold, and restore damage our HOA ordered from a neighbor’s pipe leak. Next came restoring the damage we were responsible. The Flood Pro team’s shifting through their process allowed us to develop a trusted relationship. Pleasant people to work with, and because they do commercial work, a residential homeowner can’t ask for a better resource. We were happy when they offered to help us restore the cosmetic work. It wasn’t long since we had all new doors, crown molding, baseboards, and the house painted, and then we get hit with a pipe leak. Flood Pro did an outstanding job, and I want to give special thanks to Chuck Johnson, our field manager, who checked in and came by to inspect progress and course correct his team as needed. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible! Flood Pro was amazing from start to finish. Communication was spot on. They finished flooring in two bedrooms and a bathroom remodel due to a leak in record time! Flood Pro was very accommodating to our family's work schedule, which helped take the stress out on my end. Big shout out to Paul, Chuck, Matt, Vince, and all the guys. Definitely recommend them.

Flood Pro did a great job for us. We had a major slab leak that essentially flooded the entire downstairs of our condo. We had to remove the kitchen cabinetry, basically all of the downstairs flooring, toilet and vanity from the downstairs powder room, and the walls had to be opened up and dried out. What a mess! Our homeowners association had picked Flood Pro’s to do the remediation, but it was up to us who we were going with to put everything back together. We elected to stay with Flood Pros for the rebuilding and I am glad we did. All of the people we encountered, Matt, Paul, Allison, and others were very professional and kind and deserve shout outs! Vince and his team that did much of the renovations were wonderful as well. Hopefully we will not need their services anytime soon… But if we did, I would choose Flood Pro’s again!

As a Portfolio Community Manager, I cannot recommend this vendor enough. Matt August and Brian Millager have been such blessings to one of my communities that is plagued by slab leaks due to old pipes. They have gone above and beyond, and work with my homeowners, tenants, and the Board of Directors to provide excellent customer service and the highest quality work in remediation. They constantly have my back and my community's back, and I cannot imagine working with another remediation company. Please give them a shot; they are quick, clean, and will get the job done swiftly. They will abide by all the community rules as well; they will not dump construction materials into association dumpsters, etc. They will take care of you.

Matt and his team are awesome. They came out on a Saturday and again on a Sunday when we had an emergency. Then they worked several more days over the Christmas holiday to get everything back to normal. At all times Matt kept us updated on progress and issues. I couldn’t recommend FloodPro more.

I had a 30-year bathroom that needed to be completely re-done to accommodate my mother's needs. Matt and his team came in and assessed the bathroom, came up with some ideas and I came up with mine. They began the work next week. They were very time efficient and the workers were very trusting, pleasant, organized, and worked clean. I liked that if we ran into any changes, they always made sure I was contacted to make sure it was OK. The bathroom turned out amazing! My mom is 80 years old and needs help sometimes. They made it so accommodating she is able to do everything herself now. The bathroom looks like an upscale hotel bathroom! I cannot say enough about the amazing job Matt Puccio and his team did! I would highly recommend Flood Pros for all types of restoration work!

I was working as a PM building a custom home in CDM when my HVAC subcontractor set off the fire sprinklers. The water that came out of the sprinklers flooded the 2nd floor and ran down the walls to the 1st floor, causing extensive damage. This all took place on a Friday afternoon, which didn’t help the situation, but I was so happy when I contacted Flood Pro. We discussed my situation, and he offered suggestions and his recommendations. He sent over one of his field crews to test the percentage of water and locate where all the water had leaked to. They set up the fans and tented the areas. During this process of dry out, the owner followed up with me numerous times and the field team came back every other day to check the process. They were always professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who finds themselves in need of this specialized service. Thank you for the outstanding work.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Flood Pro. My experience with them began with a tree root infiltration of my sewage pipes. They were so great at remediating the problem that I asked them to totally gut and remodel the affected bathroom. That process was so smooth, hubby and I hired them to remodel the rest of our 1200 square foot townhome. Flood Pro's prices are fair, they are responsive, and only quality work is delivered.
