Mold Remediation Services

Flood Pro can professionally address and remove mold growth following EPA guidelines for mold remediation. These guidelines may include negative air containment, HEPA filtration units, material removal, detailed sanding, HEPA vacuuming and treatment with disinfectants to clean the area. Once the mold remediation process has been completed, a third-party environmental testing company may be called to sample the air of the contained area for laboratory evaluation. This is done to certify that the area has been properly addressed.  Written clearance may be obtained by the testing company showing the area is now ready for use by you and your family. Be wary of testing companies that do not test the surrounding outside air before and after testing your home to establish base lines or of “do it yourself” home kits.  Those results can be misleading.  If you are dealing with mold issues in your Orange County home or building, don’t delay! Call Flood Pro!
