Chief Executive Officer
My family immigrated to the United States through Ellis Island in 1950. Born of farmers, the principles of hard work and integrity were instilled at an early age. I graduated from CSU Fullerton School of Business. I maintain my IICRC Water Damage and Mold Remediation Certification, EPA RRP Certification and 40 Hour Supervisor Asbestos Certifications.
Prior to starting Flood Pro, I worked as a program manager in the Aerospace field and helped develop parts for Boeing, Raytheon, NASA’s JPL and Gulfstream Jets. This was a high-pressure industry where timelines and performance were held to very high standards while maintaining strict budgets.
My wife and I started the company in 2007. We didn't have the capital to compete in marketing efforts but we saw a hole in the service industry, a lack of customer service. In 2007 we created a customer-focused company where we had two goals. 1, to provide proactive customer service that would always be improving and 2) to create an environment where our employees were empowered, believed in our customer-focused culture and enjoyed coming to work.
I’m married with 4 wonderful children and would rather be with them than anywhere else. I’m a dog lover and have 2 labs. I’m an Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scout Troop 639 in Foothill Ranch. I enjoy being outside and like skiing, motocross, mountain biking, camping, fishing, hiking, golf, baseball, and football.
Leigh Ann Metheny
Accounting & HR Manager
I have over 6 years of experience in the soft contents restoration industry working directly with Restoration Companies, Insurance Companies, and Crawford Contractor Connection. I have been in the management field for most of my working career serving as a Senior Executive Secretary, Office Manager, and Controller.
I am a minimalist who loves to cook, entertain, plan events, thrift shop, read/book club, meditate, exercise, attend self-help & positivity seminars/clubs and travel to Mexico as often as I can just because I love the culture and beaches so much. I can’t have a fall/winter without camping, racing in the Baja or riding dirt bikes/quads as I will go crazy!
I died for a brief moment at the age of 19 after being hit as a pedestrian by a truck. It was a miracle I survived (after a LOT of surgeries and help of walkers, etc.…) and it made me realize you don’t know what could happen in the next hour of life, so do what makes you happy and always say what you need to say, you never know if you will get another chance. Truly…
My family is located in Washington State (where I am originally from) and my brother/sister in law own a Winery. I have two nephews who are in the gaming industry and my mom is a retired public works accountant. My father passed away at an early age from breast cancer.

How We Help
Over the years we have grown and changed, adopting new technology as it became available, and upgrading equipment along the way to make sure we could provide excellent service to our customers. This is a pattern that continues to this day, and we are fully committed to improving our services whenever and wherever we can. We have also expanded our business model to include general contracting services, as they go hand-in-hand with our work in water damage repair. Anything we can do to serve you better!
Over three decades of experience in this industry alone have made us more than qualified to handle the wide range of issues that can arise from water damage. Whether it’s mold, structural issues, rot, or other problems, we’ve almost always seen it—and worked with it before. There is no job to big or too small for our expert team, and we have the specialized equipment to tackle even the most unusual situations.
We have different teams for different jobs, and each has its own crew. Some do only water damage repair work, while others are sent out as the sewage cleanup cavalry. Add to that our expert general contractor and his team, and you have a full range of experienced personnel who are at our disposal for any and all of your needs. Each team member is selected based on a rigorous screening process and background check. We hire only the best for our crews!
When you contact Flood Pro for help, you can feel good about the type of service you’ll receive from our company. Not only do we work quickly, but our staff is friendly and professional. We’re there to get things done fast, but we’re always happy to answer any questions you have for us along the way. Our water damage and construction crews are completely dedicated to providing you with the best quality work possible, and we’re on top of all the details. Whether you’re having a small leak issue addressed or you’ve found yourself in the middle of a sewage backup, we’ll make sure you get the same high standard of outstanding service.
